CONCLUSION:
From the graph above it can be seen that companies that were set up before 1965 were comfortable with the
change in Social Media trend. But since 1968 to 2002 most companies found it difficult to keep up with the new
trend. Hence, the statement older firms find it more difficult to engage with new social media tools is false.

As per the rating given the sun total of Growth Plan


(20678) has the highest number hence this is the most
prominent activity. The next activities which follows are
Voting (20626) and Participation in protests (20594).

Conclusion:
Yes, there is a dymanic shift in the activities that the members do in the organizations that were set up
post 2000.
Before 2000 people were equally focused on all the ares except for fund raising. However post 2000,
there were three key ares that people were focused on. Those three areas were: Voting, Recruiting
more members and Participation in protests. The rest of the activities had taken a back seat.
***Assumsation: We have taken the year 2000 as post 2000.

From the graph it is seen that Specific Code 2 which stands for
Environment Safety (73) is leading focus area which is leading to
better organization performance. Next focus areas are Healthcare
(67), Child Education (55) and Women Empowerment (51).
