Group Project Details

• Group Details
The class will be divided into 10 groups with ~6 members in each group.

• Project Details
The group project requires each group to apply and enhance their understanding of the concepts
covered in the IBO sessions. The aim of the group project is to act as a tool for understanding the
ideas, provide conceptual flexibility, and build an ability to shift perspectives as per the context.
The faculty will assign a movie to each group. The details are given in table below. The group will
watch the assigned movie, focus on the application of the OB concepts in the movie, and also
deliberate on how the concept might apply in other kinds of organizations.
The project report should be divided into two parts. In the first part, group needs to highlight their
understanding of the OB concepts used in the movie. In the second part, group should evaluate
how the concepts discussed in the first part of the report would be applicable in any other
organizational setting or context.

• Report Guidelines:
The project report should be of a maximum of ten pages (excluding figures, tables, graphs,
annexures, references). There should be proper referencing. Use APA style for the references. In
addition to the report, groups should also submit a one-page report on the contribution made by
each group member. The formatting should be Times New Roman, font size 12, and double
spacing. The final project report is to be submitted on 20 September 2022 by 11 pm. No late
submissions will be accepted. Submissions will be received via Turnitin. Plagiarism will be heavily
penalized.
