damaged/broken.

1. Workmen installing the glass piece to uPvc window had left the glass piece at floor after completion of work

1. Store keeper/site engineer will track the loose glasses issued, installed & returned on daily basis.
2. Workman carrying glass installation workmen has been educated on manual handling safety
3. The incident has been discussed in next day TBT
