Dripper.
3- Electrical Works : (1) Street Lighting pole with light fixture containing base and all
accessroiess / (3) street lighting Cables between lighting Poles.
4- Interlock & Curbstone works : (10 m') Curbstone / (20 m2 interlock)

Corrective Action .

Corrective : There must be immediate and quick response to repair pipes & fittings which
destroyed and lost before starting the other works.
As a matter of advice ,you sholud make investigation for lost fittings.
