1. Do you eat according to the food
pyramid?

- No, I ate a lot of junk food.

2. How many meals do you have a day?

- Three. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.


3. Do you have a diet plan?

- Yes, I plan on decreasing my fat amount everyday and


start to do some workout.
Questions
1. What is the relationship between eating
processed and junk food and the problem of the
obesity?

- The bigger amount of processed and junk food


taken, the higher chances of getting obesity
among school children.
2. How to overcome obesity problems at
school level?

- Parents play an important role in controlling their


children nutritions. They should be trained to eat
healthy foods since they were child. Besides, the
school management should organise “Eat healthy
food” campaign so the students will be more
encouraged to eat healthily.
Conclusion
Conclusion:
- Students gain obesity because of having unhealthy
nutritions.
