Objectives/Agenda:

 To discuss the update and the new arrangement in monitoring schools for the 4 th
Quarter Portfolio Day
 To emphasize the materials/data to showcase during the 4 th Quarter Portfolio
Day

Highlights of the Activity:

 PSDS David Alcober tackled about the updates and the new arrangement in
monitoring for the portfolio day 4 th quarter which are limited face-to-face and
virtual monitoring.
 Portfolio day will be on July 10, 2021.
 There are some schools to be visit for the face-to-face monitoring and mostly of
the schools chose to have virtual monitoring.
 Virtual monitoring will be on July 12, 2021 and every grade level of every
schools should have a representative that will join in the virtual meeting.
 The presentation of the data/materials to be present in virtual meeting should
be as a whole. In one presentation, all the grade level outputs/MOV’s are present
and should have a 5 minutes maximum video presentation.

Results/Output:

 Documentations on the conduct of the District Portfolio Day Virtual meeting.
