Thank you for contacting the Office of the Attorney General (“OAG”) to
submit a public records request. This request received July 7, 2022, seeks
certain records, specifically:

“During 2021 and 2022, we are asking the AG to produce emails,

reports, memorandums between the Washoe County Sheriff’s
Office and your office regarding any requests for investigations,
opinions or guidance involving Michael Mike Clark and Robert
Bob Lucey. This would include emails and correspondence
internally related to the requests by the Sheriff. We understand
the Sheriff’s Office asked for your office to investigate or review
on-going political matters between the two, including allegations
of crimes. We also want any emails or correspondence between the
WCSO and your office regarding any matters between Kate
Thomas and Michael Mike Clark.”

The OAG previously provided an anticipated response date of October

14, 2022. However, our office will require additional time to complete a
