REFLECTION ON LEARNING ACTION CELL

As the Department continues to provide quality education during this hard and life
changing pandemic, our leaders pursue to prepare and administer learning action
cell which entitled “ Providing Opportunities with Enrichment Through Innovative
Teaching Strategies for Enhanced Professional Teaching Advancement Amidst
Covid-19 Pandemic” that aims to address some issues, difficulty and complication in
learning situations we have now a days.

The school-based learning action cell session lasted for about a day. It started in the
morning and end up in the late afternoon. Of course, we have our own experienced,
promising and up-coming rising speakers, Mr. Dante G. Eisma ( OIC-Head MAPEH
Dept.) and Dr. Pedro A. Arongat (Head Teacher III- Aral Pan Dept.). In addition, we
also have our bright and positive demonstration teachers to exhibit their expertise in
teaching strategy and style.

Mr. Dante G. Eisma talked about the Guidelines on the Preparation, Submission and
Checking of School Forms for S.Y. 2020-2021. He stated some alterations and
updates on school forms. Teachers were very agile and operative during the
discussion. Dr. Pedro A. Arongat rattle on the Teaching Strategies Amidst Covid-19
Pandemic. Everyone was dazzled, enlightened, refreshed on the relevancy of the
topic during this time of Covid-19 Pandemic. The two speakers have delivered the
most essential part of their topic which is the innovation.

For me, both of them have hit my self-esteem to redirect my approach, system and
fashion for teaching specially now that were having an uneventful status. It reminded
me the ultimate worth of teaching and in life.
