How did you measure learner progress to ensure learners and families have
an accurate picture of learner performance for this school year?

The teacher first checks the answer sheets provided along with the
modules distributed. After, the teacher would be able to determine the whether
or not the student has able to attain the objectives of the lessons expected of
them.

Monitoring and feedbacking of students’ output.

2. What did you do when a learner is not progressing? Not completing


assigned tasks/modules ?

Give removal test or activities for those “who did not meet expectation level” in
order to offer them the chance improve their skills until their proficiency matches
their true ability and also give enhancement activity for those who were able to
meet proficiency level.
