TLE 9. Let’s Do It.

Directions: Apply the steps of cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools in accordance with
prescribed standards at your respective home. Below is the checklist that you must do including
the things that you need to use/ used in doing this activity. Put a checkmark on the table if you
use or follow the steps and let’s be honest.

2. Fill the sink with warm water to hot water and antibacterial
detergent.

3. Use a clean sponge or brush to scrub each item thoroughly.
