THE SIX WEEK SPRINT

A Powerful Strategy to Crush Your Goals Six Weeks at a Time

STEP 1: Choose Your Goal

Take an honest look at the following life areas. On the left side, thoughtfully work
through each question to get a general overview of how you're doing and what
you wish was different. Then on the right side, brainstorm a few goals that
would help bring those desires to reality.

As you work through these questions, remember that your goal should be
personally meaningful to YOU. Not your sister, mom, best friend, or the person
you compare yourself to non-stop. YOU. This will help you choose goals that
align with your priorities and core values!

Narrow your focus:

Looking at everything you want to change might feel overwhelming, so now it's
time to narrow our focus!

When deciding on which goal to hone in on first, think about this: what will have
the greatest positive impact in your life at this moment in the shortest amount
of time and is the one you are most excited about? The intersection of these
elements is where you’ll find the goal that will move your life forward in a
significant way and keep you motivated long-term.

The goal I choose to pursue first is…

STEP 2: Turn Your Goal into an A.C.T.ual Goal

Using the A.C.T. method, turn your desire into a concrete and actionable goal
so you know exactly when you complete it or how much further you have to go.

As a reminder, your goal should be:

A: Achievable, yet aspirational (give yourself an extra challenge, if needed!)

C: Crystal clear (make your goal measurable and quantifiable)
T: Time-triggered (add a frequency or time of day)

Rewrite your A.C.T.ual goal:

STEP 3: Break down your goal into next steps

Brainstorm every task needed to reach your goal in as small increments as

possible. These are your bite-sized action steps!

Action steps:

Insert each action step into the Six Week Sprint system

Note: If there are too many steps to realistically complete in each weekly slot,
split your goal into a couple of micro goals. Each Six Week Sprint then becomes
a milestone on your journey to complete a bigger goal.

Lastly, transfer these tasks over to your weekly planning system (a traditional
paper planner or a digital app) so you don't forget about them!

If you don't carve out time for what's important,

then what's important won't get done.
