What makes a good team? How can a good team achieve goals and deliver results?
Student’s Answer:

A group of people is required in creating a team with having the

same goal. While a good team holds open and honest conversations in
which they share their views, ideas, and opinions. They promote fairness
by guaranteeing that no one is above the others and allowing everyone
to feel free to participate. One of the key foundations of a successful
team is the creation of this type of culture.

To achieve goals and deliver results, the team should motivate and
inspire each other to know what they are working towards. Being aware
of their same vision and goals urges everyone to collaborate to attain
more remarkable outcomes. Providing frequent feedback to your team
to know what is working well and what may be improved is also a good
practice.

Overall, to achieve positive outcomes, a team must have teamwork

within them. But it all starts with each individual; having the initiative to
help will result in a chain reaction until it is a practice.
