professional with wide knowledge of supervising drilling wells techniques and studying well sites
in different regions of Oromia. and Excellent intercultural communication skills, process owner of
Water and Expert of Mining Department, a process owner of drinking Water Supply and Facility
Management and also process owner of Mining Department and Expert.

 Management Skills: -

I have considerable experience of managing teams and leading large teams of field workers,
planning and organizing research and explorations. This also involves the ability to deal promptly
and calmly with problems or emergencies that arise in the field. I have worked with the teams
coordinating the presentation of the research findings.

 Intercultural communication skills: -

I liaise with drilling companies and government offices at the highest level, which requires tact,
diplomacy and the ability to present a case with clarity and accuracy.
As well as working with colleagues from Anas, I have set up and run successful training programs
for trainees from different universities and elsewhere. These are now an established part of the

October, 1/2017 – July, 7 2019: I am a student in Addis Ababa University for MSc
in Engineering Geology.
May, 1/2017 – October, 1/2017: As process owner of Mining Department with West
Shoa Zone, Water, Mines and Energy Office for six months. I have considerable
experience of managing teams and leading large teams to work carefully which is
related with the work of Mining Department.
April 1, 2011 – May 1, 2017: As Hydro Geologist with West Shoa Zone, Water,
Mines and Energy Office. I worked as field worker in supervision of drilling wells,
studying well sites and performing pump test. I deal with all aspects of research,
forecasting and presentation of findings. I liaise with contractors and government
offices. I prepared feasibility studies in different regions.
April 8, 2009 – April 1, 2011: As Hydro Geologist and Process Owner of Water
Recourses Management with West Shoa Zone, Water, Mines and Energy Office. I
conducted supervision of drilling wells, studying well sites and performing pump
test in different environments and managing Water Resources and giving permission
of drilling water well for organization and companies for their consumption.
August 1 ,2008 – April 8, 2009: As Hydro Geologist and Process Owner of Drinking
Water Supply and Facility Management with Ejere Ana, Water, Mines and Energy
Office. I conducted supervision of drilling wells, studying well sites and performing
pump test in different environments and managing Water Supply and Facility
Teams.
August 1, 2007 – August 1 ,2008: As Hydro Geologist with Nile Drilling and
Exploration P.L.C. I conducted supervision of drilling wells, constructions and
 pump testing in many regions of Ethiopia at different sites. I prepared feasibility
studies in different regions of Ethiopia.

Generally, I have 12 years work experience.
