Suasana pagi yang cerah dan udara yang segar. Di desa
mojosari, terdapat 2 orang bertetangga (Mike dan Dewi).
Mike menghampiri dewi yang sedang menyapu halaman
rumahnya. Dan percakapanpun dimulai ketika mike mulai menyapa dewi.
Mike : “Hello Dewi!”
Dewi : “Hi Mike!” Mike : “can I talk to you for a minute?” Dewi : “Sure.”
Lalu Dewi mempersilahkan Mike untuk duduk dikursi yang
tersedia dihalaman rumahnya.
Mike : “Whats your usual day like? You always seem so
busy.” Dewi : “Well, I usually wake up at 4:00 a.m. and then i pray shubuh.” Mike : “Why do you get up so early?” Dewi : “Well, I have to help my mother produce crackers, and after that at 6:00 a.m I clean the house. And after that I get ready for part time job.” Mike : “ That’s good. And what time do you get off work?” Dewi : “Uh, around 1:00 p.m. Then I have lunch. And arround 2:00 p.m I go to campus to study. And arround 5:00 p.m I go to back to my house. Then I prepare to dinner with my family at 8:00 p.m.” Mike : “So when do you have time for yourself?” Dewi : “ After dinner I usually spend my time for studying and entertaining my self. And I go to bed at 10:00 p.m.” Mike : “ And then you get up at 4:00 a.m again?” Dewi : “Well, yeah, but it’s important to live a balanced life. I enjoy what I do, but you have to set aside time for the family and youself.” Mike : “I agree.” Dewi : “But, I think my mom has the toughest job. She spends her whole day taking care of our family… taking the kids to scholl, working in the market, buying groceries… It’s full time job, but she enjoys what she does.” Mike : “Well, it sounds like you’re a busy, but lucky girl.” Dewi : “I think so too.” Mike : “Ok Dewi, thanks and I’m sorry if i disturb your time. Nice to meet you.” Dewi : “Nice to meet you too,Mike.”
Dan setelah Mike berpamitan, Dewi merapikan peralatan
menyapunya dan kembali dengan aktivitasnya.
Setelah percakapan berakhir, Dewi dan Mike muncul dan
mengucapkan : Dewi : “That all about daily activities. If you make conversation about daily activities, don’t forget to using simple present tense.” Mike : “Thanks for watching gais.” Dewi and Mike : “Don’t forget to like, comment and share this video”. See you on the next video…”
