Dearest WVAC Member,

In our commitment to create a rebound in the Western Visayas Alliance of Cooperatives and to
provide quality services among our affiliates, we would like to offer you the following training
programs in coordination with Provincial Cooperative Development Office (PCDO) training
provider and in partnership with 1CISP.

The training schedule are as follows:

You participation on these trainings will be subjected to the following guidelines if your
Cooperative is 1CISP Patronizing and Non-Patronizing Members:

1. As we want to maximize the budget in providing quality trainings, CDA mandated


trainings can be subsidized for SMALL/MICRO scale 1CISP Coop Member or
Patronizes.
2. Face-to-face training is already allowed, 1CISP will cover only registration fee and meals
(if already included in the registration fee) of participants. Lodging and other expenses
will not be reimbursed.
3. Said assistance shall cover registration fees of maximum of two (2) participants per
primary cooperative for patronizing members; and maximum of one (1) for non-
patronizing members.
4. Primary member cooperatives patronizing the Cooperative services shall have 100%
subsidy while non-patronizing members are entitled 50% subsidy.
5. Patronizing NON-members shall have only 50% subsidy for only 1 participant.

And for WVAC Affiliates you may charge your registration fees through your CETF Intrust (if
available). Cooperative Individual Ledger of your CETF will be send to your respective
Cooperative Email Addresses.
