RESOLUTION

Ncr. 1103414812014- O.L(Policy): 'l'he Ibllowing rnodif-rcations have been rnade in

Ra.ibhasha Awards given by Departmenl of Ofllcial Language liom the year 2018-19:

(a) For consideration under Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar, the number of'Olllcials in
Ministry/ Department/ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Bank etc should bc nrinirnunr

(b) Irr Olllce Memorandunr no. 1103414812014-O.L.(Policy) dated 2-5.03.2014
which is related to Ra.ibliasha Gaurav puraskar :

i. The 10 C'onsolation Prizes awarded as per point 'A-(.1)' and I

Consolation Prize arvarded as per point 'B' are to be discontinued fiom

the year 2017.
ii. Sub-point (v) is to be read under point'B-(5)'wliich is as follorvs "-l-he
retired ofllcials can send tl-reir book directly to the Deparrment ot'Ofllcial
Language alongwith a copy of PPO."

iii. Sub-point (xi) is to be read under General Conditions nientioned under

ponits ',4-(6)' & 'B-(4)' which is as fbllorvs "Under the aw,ard schentes.
only books with ISBN number will be considered."
(c) Ofllcials who score marks less than 60% will not be considered lbr the awards
under Rajbhasha Kirti/ Regional Awards.
