Yes, because the decision-maker is torn between right and wrong. Like the situation with letter
B where Ken or the doctor is facing a tough situation. He needs to choose between killing the patient
(which is wrong) by putting an untraceable poison on his medication to prevent his plan and avoid the
spreading of HIV or let him do his plan by not doing anything. Just let him.

As a student, I have also experienced moral dilemma. When I was in JHS, I have three friends
and we are classmates. We are always together. One day, our teacher told us to group ourselves into
three and he assigned to be one of the leaders in that activity. So it's hard for me to choose a
groupmates between my three friends. I don't want the one of them to be left behind buy I have no
choice, I need to choose. The good thing that my friends are understanding. It didn't cause any trouble.
