I. Preparation (Prior Shutting down of Normal Power)

II. Test Proper for Loss of Main Normal Incomer (Meralco)

III. ATS Calibration (reference from item II.3.)

1 Set EDG to Manual mode
2 Operate the EDG until it build up voltage of 220V.
3 Set ATS to Auto mode
4 Long press ‘’OFF’’ button until ‘’-LS-‘’ appears on the HMI.
5 Press ‘’↓’’ button until ‘’-CS-‘’ appears on the HMI.
6 Press ‘’↓’’ & ‘’↑’’ button simultaneously until ‘’220‘’ appears
on the HMI.
7 Press ‘’↑’’ button continuously until ‘’230‘’ appears on the (Optional)
HMI.
8 Press ‘’OFF’’ button to acknowledge saving of settings.
9 Pres ‘’Auto/Man’’ to escape from settings menu and go back
to main menu.
10 Observe ATS LEDs:
 ensure that the LED on the Emergency Power
Direction of the ATS is lit, this proves that the ATS
already acknowledged the EDG power input.
 If LED is not lit, repeat steps III.1 up to III.5.
11 Manually stop the EDG then set to Auto mode.
12 Test ATS operation: Expectation:
 Switch OFF the Normal Power Sensing MCB (3P), to  EDG runs, ATS
simulate loss of Meralco or Normal Power. switches to Emergency
 Switch ON the Normal Power Sensing MCB (3P), to  ATS switches to
simulate restoration of Meralco or Normal Power. Normal
13 If all conditions are met, proceed back to step II.1.;
If not, repeat ATS Calibration (step III.)
