Conditional Sentences

Conditionals are extremely important in the

English language because they help us
express things that may happen in the present
and future.
Conditionals serve many purposes and take
several different forms. They can be used to
give advice, express regret and discuss facts,
among other things.
A conditional sentence
has 2 parts:
the if clause and the
result clause.
 BASIC TYPES OF
CONDITIONALS

ZERO (0) FIRST (I)

This type of conditional
sentence talks about
things that are always, or
generally true. It is also
used to talk about
scientific facts.
