INTRODUCTION/NARRATIVE
“Develop your character so that you are a person of integrity.”
Moral Recovery Care Program is a movement which aims to mobilize Gracevillians for nation-building
through practical exercise of human values in their daily lives as citizens, and to awaken them to the
power of these values in achieving individual and national goals. It emphasizes that Gracevillians
must have the right values concerning discipline, hard work, love of country, sense of common good
and develop values and habits of discipline and hard work, self-reflection, and analysis, along with
the internalization of spiritual values. In other side, the strengths and weaknesses of the Filipino have
their roots in many factors such as: (1) the home environment, (2) the social environment, (3)
culture and language, (4) history, (5) the educational system, (6) religion, (7) the economic
environment, (8) the political environment, (9) mass media, and (10). At the same time, it enables all
personnel to reflect on the meaning of one’s everyday life and his relationships with others, to
appreciate the basic truths of Christianity, and to build a community in a work place with a sense of
belongingness. to provide all working forces the opportunity to reassess their practices in accordance
with the working values and morality consistent with Christian teachings. At the same time, it enables
