Philippines versus Christopher Cruz.

the crime of possession of illegal drugs.

(Davis) Defense: Yes, your honor, Atty. Jandelle Davis serve as defense of the accused, and are
ready for arraignment your honor.

(Rabutan) Judge: Is the complainant is in the court?

(Magsubar) Prosecutor: Yes your honor, Christopher Cruz is in court, public prosecutor Aldrine
Magsubar will serve as prosecutor.

Magsubar charging you Christopher Cruz, of the crime of possession of illegal drugs according
to the following ; that on September 30, 2022, at Pagsabungan Mandaue City you were caught in
the conduct of Mandaue City Police of buy-bust operation, in which an evidence of illegal drug
was found and possess by you.

arraignment.
