WHEREAS, the ASSIGNORS, as <workers> of ASSIGNEE to

title, and interest in and to the Intellectual Property, including but
not limited to modifications, improvements, and derivatives thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, Assignors herein, by these presents do

hereby assign and transfer unto said Assignee, the whole right and
interest to the said copyright; the same to be held and enjoyed by
Assignee hereof to the full end of the term for which said copyright
as fully and entirely as the same would have been held by the
Assignors herein had this assignment not been made.
