Indian Literature
Indian literature includes literature in all Indian regional languages and Sanskrit. Literature in
regional language promote and preserve regional cultures and Sanskrit literature preserved
Hindu religious and spiritual culture. Culture makes us civilized and connects human beings.
Literature is important for every community, when translated we get to learn about the other
language groups, uniting India. Perhaps the oldest and most varied literature in the world is
that of India. Additionally, oral knowledge transmission is found in the earliest Indian literary
works. India is a very diverse nation that welcomes visitors from a variety of cultural
backgrounds. In order to analyse or comprehend what is currently happening, we might
compare the masterpieces of Indian literature with the present and/or the future. We can also
claim that even though the world is changing, we can still hold onto classic literature since
things are still the same. Regardless of the century we live in, Indian classics are essential for
understanding the world.
