always attend when the need arises.

3.0 TOPIC 3.1 A lecture titled: REVIEW OF HSE PERFORMANCE FOR 2ND Info - -
PRESENTATION QUARTER was delivered by Tunde Akinwale. Emmanuel
encouraged workers to identify with safety because safety
pays a good dividend.

4.0 LEARNING 4.1 Learning from Incident Cascade was handled by Info - -
FROM INCIDENT Chidinma Ibe. She read out LFI from a fatal incident
(LFI) CASCADE in aconstruction environment due to insufficient
supervision,inadequate task instruction, inadequate
procedures,inadequate training of work crew among others.
5.0 AUDIT REPORT 5.1 Chidinma took time to communicate the details of the Info - -
reports of the last audit conducted in September. She
highlighted the key elements of HSE-MS which, according to
the audit report, Northridge conformed to, as well as the
elements where there are opportunities for improvement.
6.0 AOB 6.1 The importance of strictly following work procedure was Info - -
emphasized by Amos
7.0 7.1 Light refreshment was organized for attendees of the Info - -
ENTERTAINMENT meeting
