1 pc ripe mango

3/4 cup Alaska Crema, chilled

1/4 cup Alaska Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers 

Ganache
1/4 cup Alaska Crema

3/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped

Prepare the ganache


1. Place chocolate in a bowl and set aside.

2. In a small sauce pan, heat Alaska Crema until simmering. Swirl pan once in
a while to avoid burning the Alaska Crema.

3. Pour heated Alaska Crema over the chopped chocolate. Let sit for at least 3
to 5 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Set Aside.

1. Slice mangoes and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, whip chilled Alaska Crema until doubled in volume. FOLD in
Alaska Sweetened Condensed Milk and set aside.

3. In desired container, place a layer of crushed graham crackers. 


4. Place half of the Alaska Crema mixture over the crushed grahams.

5. Put dollops of chocolate ganache into the Alaska Crema layer. Run a small
knife or barbeque stick through the cream and ganache to create a marble
pattern.

6. Arrange mango slices on top. Repeat layers with the rest of the ingredients
ending with the mango layer.

7. Chill and serve.
