The Coca-Cola Company’s operational structure includes four geographic operating segments: Europe,
Middle East & Africa; Latin America; North America; and Asia Pacific.

THEIR flagship market, North America, reaches approximately 320 million consumers and holds an
industry retail value of approximately $228 billion.

With approximately 520 million consumers, THEIR Latin America segment is comprised of 39 markets
and has an industry retail value of approximately $72 billion.

Europe, Middle East & Africa segment includes ~130 markets and touches approximately 2.0 billion
consumers and holds an industry retail value of approximately $254 billion.
Asia Pacific segment reaches approximately 3.3 billion consumers across 39 markets and holds
approximately $308 billion in industry retail value.

SYSTEM

The Coca-Cola Company, market, manufacture, and sell beverage concentrates, syrups, and finished
beverages, including sparkling soft drinks, water, sports drinks, juice, dairy, plant-based drinks, tea, and
coffee.

We make our branded beverage products available to consumers in more than 200 countries and
territories through our network of independent bottling partners as well as consolidated bottling and
distribution operations who manufacture, package, merchandise, and distribute the finished branded
beverages to our customers and vending partners.

HOW THEY WORK

Concentrate Operations

the concentrate operations, both domestic and international, we sell beverage concentrates, sometimes
referred to as “beverage bases”, syrups, and certain finished beverages to authorized bottling partners.

Finished Product Operations

finished product operations consist primarily of consolidated bottling, sales and distribution operations,
such as selling sparkling soft drinks and a variety of other finished beverages to retailers or to
distributors and wholesalers who distribute them to retailers.

Bottoling Partners

Depending on the product, our bottling partners combine our concentrates with still or sparkling water,
and/or sweeteners to prepare, package, sell and distribute the finished beverages.
