1. SAMPLE

Two samples were received at PT. Geoservices Samarinda Laboratory dated on September 04, 2022.
The samples were packed in Single waterproof plastic bags. The samples received were rom
particle size coal samples. The mass received is listed with the analysis results.
PT. Jayakharisma Globe Indonesia or its agent were responsible for all sampling and preliminary samples
preparation.

2. TESTING AND ANALYSIS

The samples were prepared and analysed as per instructions from Mr. Fauzi R,
dated on September 04, 2022.

The samples were analysed for the following quality parameters.
