1. SAMPLE

The following report details the preparation, testing and analysis of One (01) coal sample from
CV. Perintis Bara Bersaudara. The sample was received at PT. Geoservices Banjarbaru Laboratory on July 19, 2022.
All sampling of the sample was completed by CV. Perintis Bara Bersaudara or agent.
The samples inspection is listed below:

2. ANALYSIS

The sample was prepared and analyzed for the following quality characteristics as requested by
Mr. Eko, (Verbal Request, dated: July 19, 2022).

The analysis were performed on July 19 up to 21, 2022.
All analysis were completed in duplicate at PT. Geoservices Banjarbaru Laboratory.

3. RESULTS

The result only reflects to the coal samples as received and were analysis at PT. Geoservices Banjarbaru Laboratory.
PT. Geoservices is not responsible for sampling process of this coal sample.
