Onboarding Accesses For Magento Customer
1. Magento – Access to Shopify admin panel will be needed on shoptimize.analytics@shoptimize.in . You can follow
below steps -
a. Login
a. System -> User roles – This is where you define a new role with a set of custom permissions.
b. Add new role -> Input role name
c. Role resources -> This is where you select a list of permissions for the new role under Role Resources.
Resource Access -> Custom

Shoptimize Bulk Data Uploader
Custom API permissions
Pincode Manage -> Pincode Export
RMA Manage
Manage Stores -> Export Stores
CustomApi Permission
Manage Data -> Export Data
Sales (Enire module)
Products (Entire module)
Carts (Entire module)
Customers (Entire module)
Marketing (Entire module)
Content (Entire module)
Reports (Entire module)
Stores -> Settings -> Configuration -> Content Management, Customers Section, Sales Section,
Persistent Shopping Cart, Sales Emails Section, Reports
Stores -> Inventory (Entire module)
Stores -> Attributes (Entire module)
System -> Action Log -> Report
a. Login
f. Access – Catalogs
g. Access – Pixels

a. Login
b. Click on Admin
e. Administrator permissions
5. Google Merchant Centre access -
Access to be shared on shoptimizeads@gmail.com , shoptimizedev@gmail.com

a. Login
b. Settings -> Account accesses -> Add user
c. Enter email id
d. Admin permissions
6. Google Search console access –
Access to be given on shoptimizedev@gmail.com , shoptimizeads@gmail.com
