Think about an anecdote you would like to share and answer the following questions.

Title: “Lost in Six Flags”

I was in Six Flags Mexico.

I was twelve years old.

With my classmates and teachers of elementary school.
BEGINNING OF THE STORY
4. How did the story start? What were you doing?

It all started when I was with my friend Daniela Godina thinking what game we would get on, we
had find ourselves getting off the Medusa, then she saw a friend named Alison and she went after
her and left me alone, so I was waiting for her and since I saw that she was not coming back I
went looking for my other friends.

5. How did you feel? / How were you feeling?

I felt a little nervous, scared and anxious because Six Flags is very big and I thought I'd be alone
for the rest of the day.

MIDDLE OF THE STORY


6. What happened in the middle of the story? What were you doing?

Well, since my friend Daniela left me I went to find other friends, sat down and waited at
a fixed point with some teachers as I watched them pass so I could go with them for fun.

7. How did you feel? /How were you feeling?

When I found my teacher I felt relaxed, relieved, and carefree. I was not alone anymore.

END OF THE STORY

8. How did the story end?

The story ends when one of my friends named Paulo saw me and told me to go with them
to enjoy the amusement park. Unfortunately Daniela was abandoned by Alison and was
looking for me but she never found me.

9. How did you feel? /How were you feeling?

When my friend Paulo saw me and talked to me I felt super happy, I already had someone to get
on the other games with. I was super relaxing.

10. What is your overall impression or feeling about the whole situation?

That I must not turn away from my friends or acquaintances in big places where I have
never visited.

Now write a paragraph 200-250 words long.

“Lost in Six Flags”

Four years ago I had a disastrous experience on my first visit to Six Flags. When my
colleagues and I arranged a trip to Six Flags. I was very excited as it was my first tour there. It was
in the 11 in the morning when we arrived, and the organizers gave us the instructions while we
made our teams to tour the place, my friend Daniela and I met to enter decided to play the games
together. We were walking and until we arrived at the Medusa ride. We got on and when we got
off, my friend Daniela saw her friend named Alison. She ran to Alison and left me alone on a
bench; I was were I stayed waiting for her while I had just finished talking to Alison. After a while,
I did not see Daniela anymore, so I went looking for other friends. I was lost and scared. After
walking for a while I found my teacher eating a hamburger. I sat down with her to see if my
friends were passing by. Later my friend Paulo saw me and told invited me to go around the park
with them. I was much more relaxed when I saw them because I would no longer be alone.
However, while I was with them Daniela was looking for me. Even though this experience scared
me because I got lost. It was a cool day. From that experience I learned that I must not separate
from my friends.

It was a little difficult to realize as the word limit was very little for me great story.
