It is our pleasure to inform you that ACADEMIA will be organizing a Math

Olympiad like previous years. It will be held in two rounds. Firstly, Selection
Round will be held Online. Secondly Final round will be held with the qualifying
candidates from the selection round in Uttara, Gulshan, Malibagh, Banasree, Mirpur,
Wari and Lalmatia campuses.
The schedule for the exams and Prize Giving Ceremony is given below:

We strongly believe that the participants will get greater exposure and will be able
to explore their potential as Young Mathematicians.
Participation in the Olympiad will help the students in getting confidence to
participate in the Math Olympiads arranged in the National level, which may
in course of time, pave the way for participating and representing Bangladesh
internationally. It may also open opportunities for higher studies in reputed
universities at home and abroad.

Rules and Regulations

All the students of ACADEMIA from all the campuses studying in Class I-XII must
participate with registration. Any other English Medium School studying in Class I-
XII can participate if willing to.
Registration Fee: BDT 200 (via bKash only). BKash No: 01717915297 (personal
account).
You are requested to do online registration using the assigned registration form and
e-mail the soft copy to english.medium.math.olympiad@academiabd.com

Last date of registration is 20 October, 2022.
Participants must report at least 15 minutes before the competition begins on the day
of the Final Round.
Students must wear their school/college uniform with their school ID card on both
the days [Days of Selection Round and Final Round].
Participants must bring their own necessary materials (pen, pencil, eraser,
sharpener, ruler, geometry box) for the Olympiad. Answer scripts will be provided
to them.
Calculator is not allowed.
Use of cell phones & any type of smart watches are not allowed in the exam hall.
The decision of the Judges of the Olympiad will be considered as final.
The question paper of the Olympiad will be based on the equivalent syllabus of the
respective classes. All questions will be in English only.
Refreshments are the students' own responsibilities.
The scheduled date of the Math Olympiad is subject to change. Necessary
information will be provided in due time.
An email will be sent to the respective school after the selection round, mentioning
the name of qualifying candidates who will participate and the schedule
of Final Round.
