•Proper grooming and hygiene (special attention to hands, smell
and breath).
•Well-ironed uniform worn as per required standards and shoes
must be comfortable and clean (plain, neat design).
•Sufficient sleep and healthy lifestyle to cope with workplace
stress.
•Women to have light make-up with adequate nail varnish.
•Proper body language (especially no chewing of gum, scratching
face or touching hair as well as proper posture).

•Personality
Staff must be tactful, polite and a good humored.

Be attentive but not intrusive at all times during the service sequence.

Staff conduct should be impeccable at all times, especially in front of
