A) Summary of the example

“Raf hotel bad services”

We were supposed to stay at Victoria court Hotel, but the taxi that we hired from the Airport
recommended this Hotel.Been gone for too long in the Philippines, and it's getting dark,i
accepted the taxi driver recommendation,Besides he said the rooms are cheap.Bad move!!! I
pay I think more than if I stayed at Victoria court, because the receptionist said that there are
no more regular rooms, only the deluxe rooms are available.so we have no choice.
Like the other reviewers above me have complained, rooms are old and dirty ,fridge is not
working, water is cloudy and sometimes the faucets are not working,so noisy outside
because its near baclaran/coastal road.and the worst thing is when we were about to check
out and have to use the bathroom to take a shower, there is no cold water, only hot water.when
i call the receptionist she said i have to wait for the water to be fix,is like she saying that we
have to extend our stay in the hotel.but i argue that we have to check out and i need water.so
what they did is they send us 2 bucket of water for us to use.i feel so furious when we
checked out.So my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL,SEARCH FIRST IN THE
INTERNET IF YOU WANT A PLACE TO STAY IN MANILA,BUT NEVER RAF MANSION!!!

A) Summary

“Bad manner of staffs and the owner of Margarita Hotel”

Worst hotel I've stayed in.

- The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room.
- No safety deposit boxes in rooms.
- Hot water is constantly running out.
- No ventilation in the bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty
after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo.
- Virtually no cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard boiling an egg extremely
difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes.
- Beds were extremely uncomfortable, many slept on their sun loungers.
- Pillows were solid, hurting your neck when you slept.
- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after we wiped it off with
some baby wipes it would re-set. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust that looked like it
had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
- Bed sheets were filled with dust. When we asked Dimitri (the owner) if we could have them
changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished, who's going to do it?"
- Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty.
- Staff is funny when you leave a hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced.

I could go on but I'm not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere
and met such rude two faced staff (excluding the bar woman who was lovely). If you are not
majorly bothered by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, like to
stay in the hotel all day + night and sunbathe by the pool and drink at the hotel bar all this is
the place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like
to eat out and explore the island without feeling you're being monitored DO NOT STAY.
