Limitations 19 The first limitation is that our research did not attemp to explore the depth of
actual empowerement practiced by the hospital.another obvious limition is the
the study was conducted at two-state university hospital in Riyadh and saudi
arabia.
Interpretation 20 Future research could usefully consider other employee outcomes, such as work
stress, burnout and actual turnover.
Generalisability 21 The study aims to find the effect of EL &PE in enhancing AC and WE more
specifically the role of PE as a mediating varible in the relationship between EL
& AC &WE in the context of Riyadh and saudi arabia.
There are some limits to extent that the finding can be generalized beyond the
context .the numbers of hospital should be involed in future research.
