 Exposed to the basic concepts, models, and theories of


communication.
 Learn about listening skills and the process of communication.
 Introduced to types of communication such as organizational
communication, small group communication, and
interpersonal communication.
 Exposed to both spoken and written communication skills.
 Able to integrate the right way of communication in different
settings.
