 It should contain some historical and/or personal background about the dish.
 It should provide the readers with a list of the necessary ingredients and the recipe for the preparation of
the dish.
 It should contain a vivid description of the dish in terms of its appearance, aroma, sizzle, flavor and
texture on the palate or tongue.
 It should inform the readers of the cultural significance of the dish, and why they should try it.
Directions: Imagine that you are about to create your own page for a blog. Reflect on the questions which
follow and answer them:

2. What will be the focus/themes of your blog?
3. What feelings do you want to elicit from the readers upon seeing your words?
