Pioneered procurement functions (project stage) involving International experience of importing items worth ₹ 380 M
from NOVA Chem, Canada and Machine parts worth ₹ 50 M from HIRSCH Maschinenbau, Germany. and Indian utility
items worth ₹ 200 M. In steady state, procured raw material/ services/ commodities worth ₹ 400 M per annum (including
import of EPS worth ₹ 120 M from BASF, Malaysia)

Savings: (1) ₹ 6.2 M (replaced fire insulation bricks with red bricks & eliminated mezzanine floor in Boiler area), (2) ₹4.3
