Instrumentation will be responsible of supplying and installing a serial link cable to collect all motor information from the Motor Control Centers. 46 Uninterruptible Power Supply Loads Interface Electrical Department will be responsible for size, specify: supply Altermating Current Uninterruptible power Supply (AC UPS), 16:be located at the Control Room, to supply power at 120 V, 60 Hz. to the Control Systems equipment installed at this building, as well as for the Polycarbonate’s Contrator UP: i ymption, quantity of circuits, etc.) to the corresponding equipment sizing ‘There will be installed a DC UPS’ Power Supply of Power and lectrical Substation No. 50 for the Control System No AC UPS will be installed &t:thé electrical substation No. 50. At the main ContrélRoom, the Electrical Department scope is to connect cables for signals from the UPS.to the. Anntnciator Alarm Panel. A Common Fault Alarm between the Uninterruptiolé Power Supply Unit (UPS) and the DCS shall be hardwired, using Volt Free Contacts. It is in Instrument Department scope, to connect the associated common alarm cables from the UPS to the DCS. At the Remote Instrumentation Buildings (RIBs), the complete UPS and the output circuits will be handled by the Instrumentation discipline, The Electrical discipline will provide power to the UPS, two normal service feeders plus one emergency backup circuit for the equipment bypass. 47 Non Uninterruptible Power Supply Loads Interface Electrical scope of work is to provide 120 V, 60 Hz at the Control Room, to provide non UPS Power to the Control System cabinets, for these equipments lighting, receptacles and non ‘This documents propery of TR Group.
