A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND CONCURRING THE BARANGAY GRANT ALLOCATION AMOUNTING

TO ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS AND
91/100 (Php 1,860,298.91) FOR THE KAPIT-BISIG LABAN SA KAHIRAPAN-COMPREHENSIVE AND
INTEGRATED DELIVERY OF SOCIAL SERVICES NATIONAL COMMUNITY-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM ADDITIONAL FINANCING (KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP AF) SUB-PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
FOR PHASE 1

WHEREAS, Barangay Polopiña of the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo accepted the
implementation of sub-project for phase 1 of the KAPIT-BISIG Laban sa Kahirapan - Comprehensive
and Integrated Delivery of Social Services National Community-Driven Development Program
Additional Financing (KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP AF) of the Department of Social Welfare and
Development (DSWD);

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo is one of the recipients of the KALAHI-
CIDSS NCDDP Additional Financing (AF) has a total Municipal Grant Allocation (MGA) amounting to
Twenty Million Pesos (Php 20,000,000.00);

WHEREAS, the Municipal Grant Allocation (MGA) distribution to Twenty-Five (25) Barangays of the
Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo follows a set of criteria as basis on allocating grants to
each barangay for intended intervention on by COVID-19 pandemic, Climate Change and Disaster
Risks-related needs and the set criteria are as follows:

 Barangay Population (PSA of 2015) 70%

 Barangay Poverty incidence (DSWD NHTS data of 2017) 30%

WHEREAS, the barangay grant allocation of Barangay Polopiña based from the set criteria amounts
to One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 91/100 (Php
1,860,298.91);

WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee (BDRRMC) together with
the Barangay Development Council-Technical Working Group (BDC-TWG) accepted and concurred
the barangay grant allocation to the barangay to be utilized for the implementation of sub-project
identified;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Primo M. Franco, BDRRMC member, and duly seconded Leonilyn
Balayo, BDRRMC member, be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND CONCURRING THE BARANGAY

GRANT ALLOCATION AMOUNTING TO ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS AND 91/100 (Php 1,860,298.91) FOR THE KAPIT-BISIG LABAN SA
KAHIRAPAN-COMPREHENSIVE AND INTEGRATED DELIVERY OF SOCIAL SERVICES NATIONAL
COMMUNITY-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ADDITIONAL FINANCING (KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP
AF) SUB-PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION FOR PHASE 1;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the Barangay, Municipality of

Concepcion, and Department of Social Welfare and Development Office Region 6 for information
and guidance.
