STEP 1: INDIVIDUAL PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT We shall conduct individual counseling sessions in which you will be sharing your known personality with us. There after you undergo several scientifically proved assignments and exercises and through this we discover your unexplored personality. This helps us to design individual focusing workshops and sessions with which we move on to Step 2. STEP 2: OVERCOMING THE WEAKER AREAS From the results of Step 1, we focus our sessions and work shop to overcome the weaker areas of your personality and work together to convert them as your strengths!!
