Greetings!
1. Conduct a Tribute Program dedicated to the hardworking and caring CU Faculty and staff
and,
2. Promote wellness, fitness, and camaraderie among faculty and staff through physical
activities.
ln this connection, we would like to respectfully request your approval of this event. Furthermore,
may we respectfully request that this day will be given as a 'Free Day' to both Faculty and Staff of
the university so they could participate in the whole-day activities.
Rest assured that most classes will still be facilitated well since colleges that are on Blended
Learning will be giving Online Asynchronous Activities to the students.

1. Each college/department must have one (1) participant for the competition.
2. Each participant shall render one (1) English or Filipino song of its choice which
must not contain subliminal, sexually suggestive or vulgar lyrics.
3. Accompanying music should be minus-one/mp3. Singing acapella or with live
accompaniment will not be allowed.
4. Each participant must submit at least three (3) songs of choice to choose from.
The songs will be evaluated by the facilitators, and the chosen song will be
performed during the event.
5. All participants must fill up the REGISTRATION FORM via Google Forms and are

6. The time of the performance must be at least three (3) minutes and must not
exceed to four (4) minutes. A deduction of one (1) point will be applied from the
total score for every minute or fraction thereof in excess or lack of time allotted.
7. Any violation to the above-mentioned rules is subject to disqualification.
8. The decision of the board of judges and peoples’ like and shares is final and
irreversible.
CRITERIA
1. VOCAL (50%)
Vocal Technique – Tone Quality, Breath Support, Intonation, Diction and Articulation
Rhythm & Tempo – Voice in relation to music
2. EXPRESSION (30%)
Performance – How well the performer is able to express the meaning and mood of the
song
3. SHOWMANSHIP (20%)
Show Design – Music Selection, Effective use of Stage and Performance Area, Outfit
and style
Entertainment Value – The audience’s and judges’ reaction to the overall performance
