Republic ofthe Philippines DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 2022-913 Subject | REQUIREMENTS AND TIMELINE FOR THE SUBMISSION AND REVIEW OF THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED UNDER, (OFFICE ORDER NO. 2022-007 DATE: o9 AUGUST 2022 In accordance with Office Order No. 222.007, re: Implementing Guidelines for the Reorganization of the Department, all offices, services, divisions and Project Management Offices (PMOs) under the DOTs-Central Office (DOTR-CO), the Sectoral and Attached Agencies to include its respective regional, district offices and divisions tunder the Offices of the Service Directors are required to submit the following ‘documents to the Management Division not later than Monday, 15 August 2022, to 1) For Sections and Divisions under the Ofices of Service Directors, hard and soft copies ofthe following a. Office Mandate and Functions; ». Performance Indicators for FY 2022 including actual accomplishments for FY 2020 and 2021; «Organizational Charts ofthe concerned section or division: i. Department of Budget and Management (DBM)-approved organizational chart (copies of which may be requested from the Personnel Division); ii, Existing Organizational Chart showing the positions, names of incumbents, and other designations, as may be applicable; iil, Proposed Organizational Chart and staffing shifts including justifications and other supporting information or documents; and 4d. Number of personnel under Contract of Service (COS)/ Job Order JO) arrangements including their respective rates and functions, 2) For the Project Management Ofices under the S the following: ‘2.
