SPECIAL POWER ATTORNEY

Canada have named, constituted, and appointed and by these presents make,

be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for and in my name, place, and stead,
to do the following acts:

1. To empower my attorney in-fact to represent for and in my behalf

in all stages in the proceedings before the Regional Trial Court,
Branch 20, Cagayan de Oro City for DECLARATION OF
DOCUMENT NULL AND VOID AND DAMAGES
DOCKETED AS CIVIL CASE NO. R- CDO-19-02932-CV.

2. To empower my attorney in-fact to appear on the said court and to

consider and agree on any and all of the following matters:

A. the possibility of amicable settlement;

B. the necessity or desirability of amendments to the pleadings;
C. the possibility of obtaining stipulations or admissions of
facts and of documents to avoid unnecessary proof;
D. the limitation of number of witnesses;
E. the simplification of issues;
F. to enter into any compromise settlement which they may
find acceptable;
G. to sign, execute and deliver verification and certification
against non- forum shopping and any and all documents that may
have to be executed and delivered in connection with any of the
foregoing matters; and
H. Such other matters as may aid in the just and speedy
disposition of the case;

3. To empower my attorney in-fact to do other acts in connection with

the powers mentioned in the preceding numbers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-

fact full power and authority to do whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in the premises, as fully for all purposes as I might or could legally
have done if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that
my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
