Remove the DC motor connection box cover and check the connections for tightness, heat

discolouration and watertight integrity. (See figure 2)
2 Check the cable entry into the motor and connection box. (See figure 2)
Check the Blower Motor connections for tightness and heat discolouration and watertight

integrity.
Check the Chain Oiler motor connections for tightness and heat discolouration and watertight

integrity. (See figure 1)
Check the Lube Oil motor connections for tightness and heat discolouration and watertight

integrity. (See figure 1)
Check the Liner Wash motor connections for tightness and heat discolouration and watertight

integrity. (See figure 1)
7 Grease the motors if required

8 Megger MPA DC Motor Field coils. (Lift all Carbon brushes.)

9 Megger MPA DC Motor Armature. (Lift all Carbon brushes.)

10 Megger MPB DC Motor Field coils. (Lift all Carbon brushes.)

11 Megger MPB DC Motor Armature. (Lift all Carbon brushes.)

12 Megger Blower Motor A.

13 Megger Blower Motor B.

14 Megger Liner Wash Motor.

15 Measure Blower Motor A Phase A current and record the reading.
