Evaluation Instrument

This evaluation instrument would be used after a school-wide technology coaching program. I have incorporated all of
Guskey's evaluation framework. This evaluation would be given to participants after a coaching session to gain feedback.
The questions are intended for teachers to answer after learning about our new ActivPanel Nickel Boards. These
questions are multiple choice and one question where teachers can leave specific feedback. All coaches would sit down
and dig into the data to find areas of weakness and areas where attendees thought it went well. This data would be used
to form and drive the next sessions on our ActivPanel Boards.
