REFLECTION:
Examine yourself what part of the structure needs an improvement of you.
Knowing and understanding yourself is a key component of the process of personal growth
to reach your greatest potential and coming to terms with who you are. It requires constant thought
about who you are and how you're going to get there. It could require pursuing new interests and
routines, gaining new skills, and putting new strategies into practice in order to accomplish your
goals. Although this development starts out very individually, it quickly expands and has an impact
on every aspect of your life, including your practice and professional development.
I believe that my mentality should be cherished and developed to the fullest extent
possible until the end. Start by realizing that you can choose your worldview and that being
optimistic is a talent that can be developed. Decide that the world is a good place where there is
an equal amount of good and bad. Simply decide to let go of your resistance and follow it.
Additionally, the secret to having a happy outlook and emotions is allowing your feelings to be,
whether they are positive or negative, and letting them pass without being attached. The idea is
not to always be joyful. I have a more steadfast belief that I can control everything that happens.
Love, acceptance, and belonging are listed as social needs in Maslow's hierarchy of
needs. This level of emotional connection is what motivates human activity. Therefore,
in order to reach this social level, a person must have strong relationships with those
around them, particularly with their family, friends, and peers who aid in a person's
cognitive development. The need for love and affection is paramount; when these most
basic needs are met, mental illness can be avoided or at least mitigated.
