REFLECTION:
Examine yourself what part of the structure needs an improvement of you.

Knowing and understanding yourself is a key component of the process of personal growth
to reach your greatest potential and coming to terms with who you are. It requires constant thought
about who you are and how you're going to get there. It could require pursuing new interests and
routines, gaining new skills, and putting new strategies into practice in order to accomplish your
goals. Although this development starts out very individually, it quickly expands and has an impact
on every aspect of your life, including your practice and professional development.

I believe that my mentality should be cherished and developed to the fullest extent
possible until the end. Start by realizing that you can choose your worldview and that being
optimistic is a talent that can be developed. Decide that the world is a good place where there is
an equal amount of good and bad. Simply decide to let go of your resistance and follow it.
Additionally, the secret to having a happy outlook and emotions is allowing your feelings to be,
whether they are positive or negative, and letting them pass without being attached. The idea is
not to always be joyful. I have a more steadfast belief that I can control everything that happens.

Furthermore, I realized that self-improvement is crucial, but it's frequently disregarded.

Either we conveniently don't acknowledge our shortcomings, we don't want to confront them, or
we are happy with our ignorance. In reality, you can't escape from yourself. All those unresolved
emotions will eventually overtake you, and the further you go, the deeper grave you create.

STUDENT LEARNING EVALUATION:

1. What are the limitations of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs?

 It incorrectly assumes that everyone understands and values these "needs" in the
same way, which I'm sure many people do not. Some people even intentionally lower
their "need" for some of these for unknown reasons. We are prone to find several
examples where this uniformity is completely incorrect if we seek to apply group-wide
(much less species-wide) commonality in thinking and behaving. In conclusion, it is

impossible to scientifically assess Maslow's hierarchy of needs, particularly for those

with opposing or different guiding beliefs.

2. What are the disadvantages of Maslow’s of Hierarchy of Needs?

 The primary problem with Maslow's theory of the hierarchy of needs is that there is no
exact way to measure how precisely one need must be satisfied before the next higher
need becomes active. As a result, the theory cannot be empirically verified. Maslow
only considered a small percentage of the whole human population. Across cultural
boundaries, the concepts employed in the "hierarchy of needs" theory, such as
"security" and "self-esteem," are categorized in a broad variety of ways. It is difficult
for researchers to quantify these needs or to extrapolate them to all human populations
as a result.

3. What ages does this need apply?

 The main issue with Maslow's idea of the hierarchy of needs is that there is no accurate
way to gauge how exactly one need must be met before the next higher need becomes
activated. As a result, the idea is not testable through empirical means. Only a portion
of all human beings was taken into account by Maslow. The terms used in the
"hierarchy of wants" theory, such "security" and "self-esteem," are classed widely
across cultural boundaries. Because of this, researchers find it challenging to quantify
these needs or extend them to all human populations.

4. According to the structure of needs, how can we achieve love and

belongingness?

 Love, acceptance, and belonging are listed as social needs in Maslow's hierarchy of
needs. This level of emotional connection is what motivates human activity. Therefore,
in order to reach this social level, a person must have strong relationships with those
around them, particularly with their family, friends, and peers who aid in a person's
cognitive development. The need for love and affection is paramount; when these most
basic needs are met, mental illness can be avoided or at least mitigated.
