Executive Summaryo

Technnova is the name of the team by Technovation, which is made up of 3 members from the state
of Jalisco, which are:

▪ Magaña Gallardo Daniela Natali.


▪ Carrillo Estrada Belen.
▪ Sánchez Sánchez Mariana Lizbeth.

The Technnova team has created a mobile application called "Healthnnova", which is oriented to
one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which attacks objective number 3, Health and Well-
being, since the idea is that Healthnnova is a tool for the support of those who suffer from eating
and mental disorders; Healthnnova offers communication services, chat and links to meet/zoom,
so that the specialist and the patient can be in contact with each other, and also offers follow-ups
so that the specialist can keep a record of all his patients and among other medical terms of a
simple way, and for the patient to have his treatment at hand that he must follow without any
problem, since in this part, the patient will be notified at what time he will have to do what his
specialist indicated.

Company's Description
The idea is to be a social company, since Healthnnova's objective is to be a tool for its users and
being a social company would help the organizations/clinics that treat these disorders.

Since the start of the pandemic, there has been an increase in these disorders, which, due to some
situations, sometimes cannot be treated as previously; That is why Healthnnova's mission is to be a
tool for specialists and patients and to be able to collaborate from anywhere, even from home, in
order to avoid delaying treatment, appointments, among other things... for both users.

The people who would have an important role for this company would be:

• Executive Manager: We need someone who is the head of the management and
administrative direction of the company, who knows where the company will evolve, where
the business and communication are, the ability to communicate ideas, plans and goals to
the entire team.
• Operations Manager: Since he is responsible for implementing the strategic plans and
making sure that the entire business operation reaches its goals in the expected time and
cost.
• Marketing Manager: Responsibility for research, development and implementation of
strategies so that the company can achieve its goals, be it sales or simply brand positioning.
• Human Resources Manager: Someone is needed who is responsible for hiring, motivating
and evaluating employees.
• Financial Manager: A person in charge or a finance specialist is needed.
• Programmer Leader: We need someone who has mastered this computer field.

Healthnnova intends to help its users by currently offering these services:

• Organization of Patient Records.


• Communication (Chat and meet/zoom links).

Due to the pandemic, there was an increase in these disorders, especially for young people, since,
previously, they were used to carrying out some routine activities, and due to health measures, they
had to stop some of these. That is why young people developed these disorders, both mental and
nutritional. And not only that, but also, due to stereotypes that are normally displayed on social
networks, most of this is directed at the female sex, causing this sex to be more affected in terms of
eating disorders. For all this, the Technnova team has created Healthnnova and has adapted some
services for the benefit of both parties (specialists and patients).

Healthnnova, in the future, intends to become a useful tool for more than one organization/clinic
that treats these eating and mental disorders, for example... Doctoralia is an organization that has
specialists who treat both disorders and doing some research, we found that they , have an app
where they can find specialists who treat both disorders in person or online; And just as Doctoralia
treats these disorders, there are other organizations that do not have an app, such as CADE, SALME,
BACC clinic, CASAAMMAR, among others; that with the help of Healthnnova could be useful for the
community. And at the same time, put some updates, so that specialist users and patient users can
have a better work and monitoring experience, of course that will also depend a little as users use
the app to offer some services in it .

Description of the Product and/or Service


Healthnnova offers services of:

• Patient Records. So that specialists have better control with their patients.
• Communication (Chat and meet/zoom links). So that both users have direct treatment
from anywhere and to avoid delaying the sessions and/or treatment of the patient due to
any circumstance that may arise for both parties.
• Treatment. So that the patient has at hand the treatment that he must follow, and for this,
Healthnnova will notify him at what time he will have to do what his specialist indicated.
And a phase 2 is intended for this, which, the services will be:

• Personalized Questions. This service is for specialists, since it will help them to ask
personalized questions to their patients, including an option to add a blank space to add
their diagnosis. It is worth mentioning that this service will only be available to the specialist
user and the patient user will not be able to view it, since the specialist may end up using
medical terms that the patient should not see.
• Advances. This service is intended to be done so that specialists can add graphs on the
progress of their patients during a certain period, and likewise, patients can see how much
they have been advancing or how much they have not.
• Chat. It is intended that this service be updated, since the one that was left in the
prototype state is only messaging, and for this phase 2, the idea is to add voice notes, to be
able to put emojis or send some file/image.
• Motivational Space. This space is so that the specialist can put a phrase, comment,
encouragement to his patient, he can even add videos, so that his patient can see it and also
raise his spirits a little.

The advantage that this application has compared to others is that Healthnnova will help patients
and specialists in both disorders (mental and eating), since, thanks to the market study that was
carried out previously, we realized that most of the applications focused on the treatment of a
single disorder.

Product Development:
• Currently our application (Healthnnova) is only a prototype, which has some basic
functionalities as an idea of how it will work.

• The idea is that Healthnnova be put to good use, or, rather, that users give it to it; and for
this, we, as a Technnova team, have thought that in order for them to access, the
specialist user, when registering for the first time, will be asked for some information for
registration, including their ID number, which will help us to give them validity or to be
able to ensure that he is truly a specialist; Once the registration is completed, you will be
notified of your access to the application by mail and once the specialist user has created
their account, they will be able to generate codes for their patients right there, since for
patient users to have access to the account , at the time of registration they will have to
put the code that their specialist gives them, and that is to ensure that they are a patient
who truly needs help.

Market Analysis
As we have already mentioned, Healthnnova is intended to be a useful tool for both users; That is
why Healthnnova can only be used for work; in the case of specialists, they can use it exclusively for
the work or treatment they will have with their patients, so that they can keep an organized record
or have a space adapted to what they routinely do with their patients; and likewise patients manage
to have a space only for their treatment among other things. And so, to all that, both users will have
at hand the necessary information that they should know in an organized way without having to
search or worry that they have lost the document of some file, treatment, etc. so to speak.

Healthnnova users will be specialists, whether psychologists, psychiatrists, nutritionists, etc. of the
organization/clinic and the patients with whom they deal, mainly young people from 12 to 20 years
old, of both sexes for both users; The demographic area that we will focus on in the first phase is
the Metropolitan area of Guadalajara.

functions, and that they also only treat one disorder, compared to Healthnnova, which will
treat both disorders.

Marketing Plan (Strategy and Implementation)


As we have already mentioned, the name of the application is “HEALTHNNOVA”; “HEALTH” is for
“SALUD” and “NNOVA” is for the name of the team “TECHNNOVA” which in Spanish would be
“SALUDNNOVA”. For the colors of the application, we decided to use blue and white, since they are
the most used in relation to health; the color blue and white, together, are identified with
knowledge, tranquility, security, trust, transparency and purity; That does not mean that everyone
who sees the blue and white will be reassured, but its references to the sea and the sky are evident
and they are also the feeling of peace and tranquility.

For our logo two images were used and the two were joined for a single result. These were the two
images that were used:

The Brain: We decided to put a brain in the logo to refer to the mental disorders
part.

The Stomach: We decided to put a stomach in the logo to refer to the part about
eating disorders.

And this would be the final result of our logo with the images and colors:

The Healthnnova application, to download, will be free for any type of user, since it will be in the
phone stores; but it is intended that the services that Healthnnova has for specialists have a cost,
that is, that only specialist users would be charged a fixed monthly amount; the payment will be
made within the same app. And so that both users can use it and learn about it, we are going to
contact the aforementioned organizations/clinics that may be interested, for example; and present
them with the objective of the application, services, etc. And thus offer Healthnnova for its services
among specialist users and patients.

The ideas for the functionalities of Healthnnova were obtained thanks to some questions that were
made to some specialists to whom we went; A nutritionist and a psychologist were asked to access
the services that Healthnnova was going to provide to specialist users, and these were the results
we obtained:

Financial Plan and Projections
Our initial capital is $0.00, but the idea is to get the money or financial help, either through a loan,
donations from companies, government support programs, etc. In our case, we plan to get financial
support from civil associations, since, doing our research, we found an association, since they lend
money to those who are or intend to start a project and the loan is from $200,000.00 to $500,000.00
per project . So we thought about being able to enter our registration to receive the loan of
$500,000.00 and likewise, once we have the money, we can invest all or part of the loan, for a certain
time to raise a certain amount monthly and with that double our amount to be able to have enough
for the resources that we will need.

per year, we would be earning $3,600.00 per year for each specialist.

It is intended that 5 to 10 specialists use it, and if we would earn $3,600.00 per year for each
specialist, it is estimated that we will earn between $18,000.00 and $36,000.00 per year, and
between 3 and 5 years it would be $54,000.00 to $90,000.00, to assume an approximate. Of course,
perhaps the amounts would change if the cost of the application would rise, since it is intended to
provide the services of the second phase after a certain time.
