Insomnia or a harder time to sleep and wake up.

Increased fatigue, lack of energy and enthusiasm.
Not feeling excited doing the things you used to
enjoy.

FEELING OF WORTHLESSNESS

A consistent feeling of being worthless,


helpless and/or hopelessness

INAPPROPRIATE GUILT

Feeling like everything is your fault and you can't


seek help because it is spposed to be your burden,
a feeling like you are just a burden.
