customer experience because happier customer can lead to more tourist and
higher revenue.

- objectives are important because it gives the business or company
direction ,purpose and vision . by having objectives a business can easily
determine whether their efforts are effective and benefit the saves and
performance of the business .

-Achieving your objectives is hard especially if you don’t know the direction
or purpose of your business .once you start your business you should have
prepare your objectives because it will serve as your guide to the efforts
your going to set for your business .

-Our market scale is aimed at customers inside and outside Thai Nguyen province,
expanding to the whole North region.

-A completely new type of experiential tourism service, attracting young people
and suitable for middle-income families in and out of the region, in line with the
development trend of the region, meeting entertainment needs of customers.

What are the latest market trends?

-Trend camping and experience with nature and resort,entertainment with thrilling
games.discounts for couples and families on holidays.

How is the business environment?

Business environment is the synthesis or collection of all internal and external


factors from macro to micro, internal factors such as (financial, human resources,
reputation, reputation, service attitude) and the level of customer satisfaction) and
external factors such as (economic, political, socio-cultural, technical and natural

How are customers segmented?

In order for people to know more about NAM PHUONG CAMP, we have provided
information and advertising to areas in vsf outside Thai Nguyen province to meet
