Scope Management
Scope management is defined as a process that helps to determine and document all the project
goals, deliverables, deadlines and tasks during the planning process. With an appropriate
management of scope, the project team can manage and make any changes as such big projects
like Tesla sales and Budgeting project are prone to changes. The project scope contains; the
project constraints and assumptions, project deliverables, and the exclusions. With a well-defined
project scope, the project manager is able to avoid; constant changes, going over the budgets,
pivoting the project directions or falling behind the project deadlines. The key project scope
management processes include; planning the scope management, collecting the requirements,
defining the scope, creating WBS, validation of the scope and also scope control.
